24/7 Emergency Response 🏠 Owner-Operated📍 Local — Punta Gorda Based🌴 Serving Charlotte & Lee County

Water in Your Home? Every Hour Counts.

Burst pipe, appliance failure, a leak overhead, or flooding — we respond fast, dry it out completely, and put back what was damaged. One company from emergency to finished repair.

If Water Is Coming In Right Now

  1. Call us. The faster drying starts, the less has to be torn out and replaced — and we can tell you what to do while we are on the way.
  2. If it's safe, stop the source — the main water shut-off if a supply line or appliance is behind it.
  3. Stay out of standing water if electricity could be involved; shut off power to affected areas at the breaker.
  4. Move valuables, furniture, and electronics out of the water's path.
  5. Take photos and video before moving anything else. We will document the rest in full when we arrive.

How We Handle It

  1. Emergency response

We assess the damage, stop further intrusion, and start water extraction.

  2. Dry-out

Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, with moisture readings logged daily — measured proof, not guesswork.

  3. Damage assessment & scope

What can be dried and saved vs. what must be removed, in a clear written scope with photos.

  4. Finish repairs

Drywall, flooring, paint, trim — the same company that dried it out puts those surfaces back. Anything requiring a specialty licence is referred to a licensed contractor.

  5. Final walkthrough

Completed repairs, final moisture verification, and your full documentation package.

Why Acting Fast Matters

Water damage compounds fast: drywall wicks moisture within hours, and in Florida's humidity, mold can begin growing in 24–48 hours. What starts as a wet floor becomes torn-out walls if drying is delayed. Calling early does two things: less has to be torn out and replaced, and the record of what happened is complete from the start.

We Handle It From Here

The repairs are only part of what lands on you. There's the documentation, the adjuster's visit, working out the scope, scheduling the trades — all while you're trying to get life back to normal. We take that off your plate: every inch of the damage documented with photos and moisture readings, a detailed scope of what your home needs, and we're the ones walking the property with the adjuster. From the insurance claim to the final coat of paint, it's handled. See how it works →

Frequently Asked Questions

Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?

It depends on the cause — sudden events like burst pipes are typically covered, while flood damage usually falls under separate flood coverage. Rather than guess, give us a call. We have handled these losses across Southwest Florida for years, and we will document yours thoroughly from the start so nothing gets overlooked.

How long does drying take?

Typically 3–5 days depending on materials and how long the water sat, verified with daily moisture readings — we dry to measured standards, not guesswork.

Can I stay in my home during restoration?

Often yes, if the damage is contained to one area and power/water are safe. We'll give you a straight answer on-site.

Do you handle both the dry-out and the repairs afterwards?

Yes — drying through finish repairs, one company, one point of contact. Drywall, flooring, paint and trim are ours; anything needing a specialty licence goes to a licensed contractor.
