Coastal Property Restorations is a local, owner-operated company based in Punta Gorda. Sean runs the jobs himself — he is the one who shows up for the estimate, and he is on site while the work happens.
We work across Charlotte and Lee County: Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and out onto Pine Island. That means older coastal homes, stilt homes, canal-side properties, and buildings with decades of wear behind the walls. Very little of it is standard, and a fair amount of what we open up turns out to hide something nobody knew about — a slow leak, damp insulation, water behind a wall. We would rather find it and dry it out properly than cover it over.
We handle the whole job: water damage restoration from emergency response through finish repairs, and the remodel side — kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, and paint. One company, one point of contact, from the insurance claim to the final coat of paint.
We are small on purpose. Sean does the estimate himself and is on site while the work happens, so there is no gap between what you were promised and who actually shows up. When something unexpected turns up behind a wall, you hear about it the same day, with the options and the costs in writing before we keep going.
